to visit the three-row-house mansion, visitors must obtain a visitor pass at the service desk. (group reservations are not accepted, and the number of visitors is limited to 15 people.) the entire tour must follow a tour guide (instructions are given in chinese only).
the three-row-house mansion is a private residence of the lin family, managed by a caretaker appointed by the family, and it is a national historic monument, making it extremely valuable. during the visit:
- do not touch any buildings or objects.
- photography and video recording are prohibited.
- eating or drinking is not allowed.
- do not wander freely; the group must enter and exit together.
- do not leave the group midway.
- do not sit anywhere arbitrarily.
the tour lasts approximately 25 minutes. if you cannot comply with these rules, please do not take a visitor pass.
